Lacy H. Edwards
Edwards has been leading high technology businesses for more than 35 years, with 18 years as CEO of companies such as NEON Enterprise Software, Indicative Software, Evoke Software, Unison Software, Servio Corporation, and XA Systems Corporation. Some of his most notable recognitions include Insider Magazine "CEO of the Year," Harvard Business School Club of New York "Entrepreneur of The Year," Honeywell Division "Manager of the Year," and twice placing companies in the Inc. magazine's list of "500 Fastest Growing Companies." Edwards is a nationally known public speaker and served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Doug Pushard
Pushard has held numerous senior level positions over the years, most recently CEO of Compliance Spectrum, Vice President of Corporate Development at BMC and General Manager of the Distributed Database Utilities Division. Prior to BMC, Pushard was CEO of an Internet Messaging startup and held senior management positions at Compaq Computer and Harris Corporation.

Brian Helman
Helman is an experienced CPA, with strong expertise in business planning and finance. He currently serves as chief financial officer for Rosetta Stone Inc. and directs all financial functions of the corporation. Prior to Rosetta Stone, Helman was chief financial officer for NEON Systems, a publicly held provider of mainframe integration software, from 2002 through 2006. At NEON, he helped lead a corporate turnaround prior to its sale in 2006. Before NEON, Helman served in various financial management positions for NetSpeak Corporation, most recently as the vice president of finance and business planning. There he helped lead the company’s initial public offering on NASDAQ and oversaw the company’s financial activities. Helman began his career at Deloitte & Touche LLP in the business advisory services practice.

Mark Cresswell
Cresswell holds deep experience in the high-tech industry, having held numerous senior management positions over the years. Currently he serves as CEO and President of Scalable Software. Prior to Scalable he was Chief Executive Officer of NEON Systems, Inc. NEON was a Nasdaq listed company that specialized in middleware to integrate IBM mainframes. Prior to joining NEON, Cresswell was managing director of Framesoft, a private Swiss company that developed solutions for the investment banking market. A programmer by training, Cresswell has broad industry experience in development, sales, marketing and product management.
