Mark Cresswell - President
Prior to joining Scalable, Cresswell was Chief Executive Officer of NEON Systems, Inc. NEON was a Nasdaq listed company that specialized in middleware to integrate IBM mainframes. Prior to joining NEON, Cresswell was managing director of Framesoft, a private Swiss company that developed solutions for the investment banking market. A programmer by training, Cresswell has broad industry experience in development, sales, marketing and product management.

Preetish Nijhawan - Chief Financial Officer
Most recently, Preetish was Vice President of Strategic Alliances at NeoEdge Networks, Vice President, Portfolio and Program Management for BMC Software, Inc., and Vice President, Operations of iVita Corporation, a software startup he helped found. Preetish has also provided counsel to numerous senior executives on hardware, software and telecommunications while working with McKinsey and Company. He co-founded Akamai Technologies in 1998 and also worked in the Electronic Design Automation Division at Intel in various engineering related capacities.

Pat Hardee - VP Alliances
A 23-year veteran within the enterprise solution software industry, prior to joining Scalable, Hardee was responsible for architecting and managing the channel for WebTrends, Inc., the leader in web analytics and marketing performance solutions. Hardee also held leadership roles as Director of North America Channels at NetIQ, Software Division General Manager at Visioneer, and senior level sales management positions at Software Publishing Corporation.

Mark Miller - VP Sales
Prior to joining Scalable, Miller was Sales Manager for Bindview Development. At Bindview for over 11 years, Miller held positions ranging from Technical Support Manager, CIO and VP of Operations. Prior to Bindview, Miller served for 6 years as Systems Manager for the Base Mainframe for the USAF while stationed in Germany and Turkey in direct support of operation Desert Storm.

Nick Youell - VP Products
Prior to joining Scalable, Youell was EMEA Regional Business Manager at Altiris and before that EMEA Business Director for Tonic Software, with responsibility for Tonic's business in Europe. Originally trained as an Engineer, Youell draws on over 20 years experience in development, product management, sales and marketing roles with both software manufacturers and distribution.
